After days of deliberation a jury has decided that 31-year-old Jordan Crowe is not guilty of second-degree murder.

Crowe's stepson, three-year-old Dilyn Donlad died in bed in his Prince Albert home in December, 2007.

Crowe has admitted he pushed the boy, but denies having anything to do with his death.

The trial started two weeks ago on Monday, Nov. 29. After some difficulty coming to a decision, the jury came to its decision Friday afternoon.
