A 20-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder after a woman's body was found outside a home in northern Saskatchewan.
Mounties say the body of 63-year-old Jean Ballantyne was found on Christmas morning outside a home in Pelican Narrows.
The accused, whose name has not been released, is scheduled to appear in court in Prince Albert on Wednesday.
Pelican Narrows is about 520 kilometres northwest of Saskatoon.
