At around 4:30 a.m. Saturday, police were dispatched to a house on Montreal St. regarding a noise compliant. As police were on their way, they were informed that one male involved in an altercation at the address in the 400 block of Montreal St. was seriously injured. EMS and police arrived at the house to find the male dead.

Police secured the scene and began to investigate the circumstances of the man's death. The identity of the deceased has not yet been confirmed.

The police are treating this suspicious death as a homicide, pending an autopsy. The types of injuries sustained by the victim are not yet known.
