The 30th Annual India Supper Night was held Saturday evening at the Conexus Arts Centre.

The event is put on by the India Canada Association of Saskatchewan, and features Indian food and Bollywood dancing.

The evening's featured guest speakers are Saskatchewan's Lieutenant Governor, Dr. Gordon Barnhart, and rising culinary star Bal Arneson. Arneson is a cookbook author and host of the Food Network show "Spice Goddess".

All proceeds will go to the "Campus for All" program of the Regina and District Association for Community Living.

2011 has been named the "Year of India in Canada" by the Indian government.
