Police say no charges will be laid in a fatal collision between a vehicle and a cyclist in northeast Regina last month.
Investigators have determined the driver wasn't speeding and had hit the brakes but didn't have enough time to avoid the cyclist.
Police have not released the name of the 43-year-old Regina man who died in the Jan. 25 collision, which happened at the intersection of McDonald Street and Fleet Street.
